- BIPARTISAN HOUSE TITLE VIII DEAR COLLEAGUE LETTER CIRCULATING: House Nursing Caucus Co-Chairs, Rep. Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR-01) and Vice Co-Chair Rep. Jen Kiggans (R-VA-02) are circulating a bipartisan Dear Colleague Letter supporting $530 million for Title VIII Nursing Workforce Development Programs in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. We need your help! Please ask your contacts in the House of Representatives, on both sides of the aisle, to sign onto this Dear Colleague Letter before the Friday, April 25, 2025 deadline. This Dear Colleague Letter is for Members of Congress to show their support for these programs. Should any House congressional staff have questions they can reach out to Brian Coen in Rep. Bonamici's office (Brian.Coen@mail.house.gov). We are trying to get as many Representative's signatures as possible before the April 25th deadline.
