Nurse Practitioner - Inpatient Palliative Care New

A leading medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an Inpatient Palliative Care setting the Lima, OH area! (1hr from Toledo, OH, 1hr from Fort Wayne, IN)

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, Monday - Friday
• 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient
• APP see 6 patients/day for symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care and advanced care planning
• Hospitalist admit, open ICU

Background Profile:

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
• Experience in acute care, palliative care or hospice
