NP Family Medicine

Location: The second largest city in Northwest Ohio and one of few in the region where the population is currently growing. About 47 miles south of Toledo, 108 miles north of Dayton, and 137 miles west of Akron.

Facility: A hospital offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and more. It provides both inpatient and outpatient care to patients of all ages.

Opportunity:

• Looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team!
• The provider will be responsible for treating adult and adolescent patients.
• This is an ambulatory primary care position, meaning the provider will be working in an outpatient setting.
• The role requires the ability to practice autonomously while managing 25+ patients per day.
• Cerner EMR will be used for documentation, and the provider will work within a hospital-employed system.
• The provider is expected to make a long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care.
• No hospital call, and a hospitalist group will admit patients to the hospital.
