Description

Nurse Practitioner needed in Ohio for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Ohio state license. Provider will work 40 hours a week doing mostly telehealth. Provider may be asked to go into a worksite foodbank, community partner, etc. Preference to local candidate. Provider will see between 6-8 patients per day. Must be comfortable primary preventive health, chronic condition management and E/M sick visits with referral.
